How can I book a tour?

You can book your tour directly through our website. Visit our booking page, choose your preferred tour type, select a date, and follow the instructions to complete your reservation. If you need assistance or have specific requests, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Are the tours suitable for large groups?

Yes, most of our tours accommodate large groups. We especially recommend our Event & Function group tours for larger parties. Please don't hesitate to contact us for more details.

Can I request a private tour?

Absolutely! Private tours can be requested at Niagara Grape and Wine Tours Private Tours. Our tours can be tailored to meet your group’s specific needs, but we ask that you contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

For all tours, except for private and Event & Function group tours which are personalized, we offer a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the tour begins.

Are there any age restrictions for the tours?

There are no age restrictions for attending the tours; however, we cannot serve wine to anyone under the legal drinking age.

How long are the tours?

The duration of our tours varies, but most typically last between 5 to 6 hours.
